I stayed in Puerto Natales for work and I felt incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic; there's an ice cream shop across the street (highly recommended), and it's just steps from the main square, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. The staff's service was definitely the best part. They were always helpful and friendly.
I'll definitely be back!
